1. Program Commitment
1.1 You understand that participation in the Live Your Purpose Program requires your active engagement and commitment to the coaching process.
1.2 You agree to attend coaching calls, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in the Program community to maximize your results.
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1 Payment for the Live Your Purpose Program is non-refundable, except under the terms of our 6-month 100% money-back guarantee.
2.2 If you choose a payment plan option, you agree to automatic monthly payments. Failure to maintain an updated payment method may result in delinquent payments being sent to a debt collection agency.
2.3 We offer a 6-month 100% money-back guarantee to give you a full six months to experience the program. If, within the first six months of enrollment, you feel that the program does not meet your expectations, you may contact support@shainaleis.com to request a refund.
2.4 To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate active participation by completing assigned tasks, attending coaching calls, and engaging within the community. Evidence of your commitment to the program must be provided when requesting a refund.
3. Results Disclaimer
The Live Your Purpose Program is designed to support you in finding clarity, purpose, joy, and success. While the program is structured to help you achieve significant personal transformation within six months, we cannot guarantee these outcomes. Success depends on factors including your own dedication, effort, personal characteristics, and external circumstances. 4. Confidentiality and Privacy
4.1 You agree not to share login information, passwords, or any protected links provided as part of the Program.
4.2 You understand and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other Live Your Purpose Program clients and participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Live Your Purpose Program and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided to you as part of the Live Your Purpose Program, including but not limited to training modules, worksheets, and bonus content, are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the express written permission of Shaina Leis.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, republishing, display, performance, distribution, modification, transmission, reuse, or use of the content of the materials for public or commercial purposes without express written permission will lead to immediate termination of your program access. Additionally, violators may be subject to legal action and compensation for damages caused to the program and its materials.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By enrolling in the Live Your Purpose Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
