So I just got done reading “The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up,” by Marie Kondo. If you’re unfamiliar with the book, it explains the KonMari method- a Japanese art of decluttering and organizing that is truly life-changing.

Yes, life-changing!

When I went through coach training, I learned a lot about the relationship between our living spaces and our mental state. And I must say, it’s pretty mind-blowing how connected they really are!

Well, the KonMari method takes this concept to a whole new level…

…and I knew, immediately, that I was up for the challenge : )

This week, I created an entire KonMari Playlist. (p.s. Creating 7 videos in 7 days was no easy task, but it was well worth it.

With that being said, I encourage you to get familiar with the KonMari method to see if you too, are up for the challenge. As Kondo says, when you clean up your physical surroundings, you’re compelled to reset your life. And I couldn’t agree more.
