Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a lifestyle they’re proud of.

Fear does not create a life you love.

read that again ^

Fear-based action looks like this:

I’m so lonely. I need a boyfriend. (action: dating)

I hate my job. I need something else right now. (action: job searching)

Nobody wants to work with me. I need clients. (action: “building” business)

Fear-based thinking creates fear-based emotion.

When we take ACTION from these low quality thoughts + feelings, we create less than desirable results.

> Sadness does not create a healthy relationship.

> Hatred does not create a job we love.

> Insufficiency does not create an abundant business.

But so many of us believe that it’s our action that creates our results.

I’m taking SO much action. I’m job searching like CRAZY. I’m going on dates every other night. I’m working day and night toward my goals. I’m doing ALL the things.

What’s happening is >>> it’s NOT our action that creates our results!

Our action is simply the receiving of the results we want.

It’s our THOUGHTS + FEELINGS that are DRIVING our action.

If fear is the driving force behind the action you’re taking, we’ve gotta re-think and re-work your operating system.

I explain it in today’s video.

Real Housewives, Southern Charm, Vanderpump, Million Dollar Listing...I watch it all.
I'm a sucker for anything nostalgic.
I still watch reruns of Dawson's Creek on the regular
I know the lyrics to almost every 90's song.
Nathan says it's my hidden talent
My happy place?
Summer days. I love the beach, being tan, cookouts and country music!
Monica Gellar is my alter ego.
Cleaning and organizing are my therapy
I always have a candle burning at home.
I have a cabinet full of them.
My favorite movie?
Father of the Bride.
If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
