Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a life they’re proud of.

Achieving a goal is not rocket science.

Science already knows how our minds work. And more importantly, how they work in relation to achieving the things we want.

Ready for it?

Strong desire + strong belief.

That’s it.

I told you it wasn’t rocket science.

You’ve gotta first connect with a deep desire (one that feels TRUE in your body and creates a fire in your belly) and then know without a doubt, with 100% certainty that it’s possible to achieve.

Some people don’t know what they really want because they’re so busy “fitting in” and doing what’s expected that they haven’t taken the time to figure it out.

Some people do know what they really want but don’t think it’s possible because they have so many BS limiting beliefs standing in the way.

Whichever camp you fall in, please know that both ingredients go hand in hand and you can’t achieve a goal with just one or the other.

I touched upon this in last week’s video, How to Manifest Anything, but the two pieces are so critical that I decided to expand on each one.

I'm a sucker for anything nostalgic.

Nathan says it's my hidden talent
My happy place?
Summer days. I love the beach, being tan, cookouts and country music!

Cleaning and organizing are my therapy

Father of the Bride.
If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
