When you have the thought:
“I don’t know”
You spend your time overthinking, confused and twiddling your thumbs INSTEAD of actively figuring out who you are, what you want and making it happen.
In other words, let’s say that I’m sick.
I have an illness.
And I don’t know what it is.
The “I don’t know” may be true, but THINKING that thought on REPEAT keeps me sick.
It keeps me IN the sickness.
By simply shifting my thought from “I don’t know” to “I’m figuring it out”
I’m driven to do research, seek out doctors, rule things out and narrow down my diagnosis.
This is the same process in creating a lifestyle you love.
You’ve gotta get out of the pool of misery and into your life.
You’ve gotta engage, explore, rule things out and narrow down the lifestyle you’re meant to claim.
