For example: You want to sign clients, get paid customers, gain more followers, sell your art pieces, etc. And you’re taking lots of action and doing all the things to make these things happen, but not much is happening!
What time of day should I do the work?
I always recommend the morning! It’s SO much easier to get your energy right before your day gets underway and life starts “throwing” things at you.
How much time should I spend doing the work?
I suggest carving out 10-20 minutes a day to complete the daily journaling exercise. It will be the most productive thing you do that day!
