Letting Go

Author picture

Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Self-Discovery Coach, Pisces and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help women lost in their careers find their true purpose.

You want something more in life.

Is it a better career?

More freedom?

A healthy relationship?

Or maybe you want to be more.

More confident.

Happier.

More successful.

Whatever it is, here’s the thing!

You must be willing to let go of who you are (and what you currently have) in order to become who you want to be.

In other words, we must give something up in exchange for something better.

I can’t be the girl whose super confident, if I still identify as the girl whose depressed.

I can’t attract a healthy relationship if I’m still clinging onto an unhealthy relationship.

I can’t become a creative entrepreneur, if I still identify as the person who works the 9-5 grind.

So many of us are terrified to drop our old identities, even when they’re not serving us.

But when we refuse to let go, we send out a message to the Universe that we’re not ready and willing to step into a new version of ourselves.

What are you willing to let go of in order to make room for something bigger and better?
