I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help people feel better and create a lifestyle they’re proud of.

We resist our sh*t in three (sneaky) ways.

1. Oblivion 
2. Blame 
3. Avoidance

But the TRUTH IS…there’s not enough ignorance, lack of responsibility or Netflix series to make our crap vanish in a puff of smoke.

It just kinda lingers under the surface.

And it manifests itself in our thoughts, feelings, actions and results.

It affects the relationship we have with ourself, with other people and the world *whether we’re conscious to it or not.*

Today, I break down this resistance.

  • Embracing our worst moments, breakdowns, pain points, triggers as they are *literally* our highest teachers and biggest liberators!

If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
