We resist our sh*t in three (sneaky) ways.
1. Oblivion
2. Blame
3. Avoidance
But the TRUTH IS…there’s not enough ignorance, lack of responsibility or Netflix series to make our crap vanish in a puff of smoke.
It just kinda lingers under the surface.
And it manifests itself in our thoughts, feelings, actions and results.
It affects the relationship we have with ourself, with other people and the world *whether we’re conscious to it or not.*
