It’s no secret that in order to achieve our biggest goals, we’ve gotta dedicate the TIME to work on them.
We know this to be true!
But somehow, invitations to do anything and everything else can get the best of us.
Things like watching TV, socializing with friends, shopping, napping or drinking.
These things are so tempting in the moment because they offer instant satisfaction.
But, they don’t get us any closer to our dream.
Again, we know this to be true.
Yet, why is it do damn hard to say “NO” to these things?
How can we become more disciplined?
That’s what I’m talking about today.
