Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a lifestyle they’re proud of.

I have a question for you.

Do you think you SHOULD be further along in your career?

Do you think you SHOULD have your dream relationship by now?

Do you think you SHOULD be more accomplished at your age?

Do you think you SHOULD be making more $$$ by now?

Raise your hand 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️

I’ve been there my friend.

But the truth is, saying (and believing) I “should” wreaks entitlement.

I shouldn’t have to work any harder.
It should come easier.
I shouldn’t be failing so much.
I should have what that person has.

EEK!

Entitlement holds us back from creating the things we want, because we’re in a continuous cycle of wanting what we don’t have.

It keeps us whining, not working.

It keeps up complaining, not changing.

Where do YOU think you SHOULD be further along?

Today, I share how to manage this mentality and actually create the thing you want.

I'm a sucker for anything nostalgic.

I know the lyrics to almost every 90's song.
Nathan says it's my hidden talent
My happy place?
Summer days. I love the beach, being tan, cookouts and country music!
Monica Gellar is my alter ego.
Cleaning and organizing are my therapy

I have a cabinet full of them.
My favorite movie?
Father of the Bride.
If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
