Have you ever been magnetically drawn to something (a cause or passion) but quickly thought: Yea, but I don’t have the time to go ALL IN on that!
Do you ever think: “I am totally killing it” (one day) OR “I am totally screwing up” (the next day)?
Are you quick to label yourself—and other people— as good OR bad? Right OR wrong?
??

The reason?
Cognitive dissonance.

All in on —> ONE idea, ONE thought, ONE action.
Today, I talk about how to identify an ‘all or nothing’ mentality in yourself, how it’s most likely not serving you and how to bridge the gap between the two extremes.
