Let me ask you something.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of an impact do you think “positive thinking” has over your life?
Go with the first number that came to mind.
OK, here’s why I ask…
Your answer to this question reflects how intentional you are in creating the life you want RIGHT NOW.
It tells you how much responsibility you take for your results.
It tells you how consistently you are doing the work to change your life.
Here’s what I mean…
If I scored a 10, my thoughts might look like: Mindset is everything!! All my thoughts create my results.
When I THINK this, I’m out in the world doing the work and getting results!
If I scored a 5, my thoughts might look like: I try to have a good mindset as much as I can. It’s hard, but I do my best.
When I THINK this, I’m doing the work sometimes, but not consistently. Therefore, getting inconsistent results.
If I scored a 1, my thoughts might look like: It’s a bunch of bologna. I can’t control my thoughts. End of story.
When I THINK this,I’m not doing the work and not getting bigger and better results.
Time for a pow wow!
If you want to experience the power of positive thinking, you must first believe in the impact it truly has.
The reason I self-coach every morning (and invest in my own coaches) is because I believe in the power of my brain. I know that all my thoughts create my results.
Negative thinking never creates positive results.
