I’m so excited about today’s video.

I’m talking about sneaky thoughts that sound factual and productive, but are actually keeping you stuck and spinning.

It’s the “work in progress” thoughts we have.

Thoughts like:

I have so many limiting beliefs.

I have so much crap to work through.

I need to work through all my stuff first, before I can…

These beliefs are so limiting.

And this concept is pretty meta right? Because we have a belief about our limiting beliefs that is actually limiting us.

Say that ten times fast 🙂

But really think about this. 

When we tell ourselves, “I have so much crap to work through,” we believe that our own personal development work is hard, messy and long.

And then we end up sitting with our crap for way too long, getting coached on the same thing over and over or sitting in therapy for years.

But what if it was simple?

What if you could just recognize your limiting beliefs and “crap” as exactly what it is– sentences in our minds that haven’t served us. Sentences in our mind that we’ve believed for so long, but are not facts.

And then JUST DECIDE TO BE DONE.

What if it really were that simple?
