Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a life they’re proud of.

What most of us do– when we find ourselves in circumstances that don’t feel good– is we change the circumstance.

Change jobs. Change directions.

Because we think it’ll fix things. It’ll fix our life. It’ll fix how we feel.

But that’s like getting a new puppy, never training it, exchanging it for a new puppy and wondering why it’s still chewing up the furniture and peeing on the carpet.

If we don’t ever teach the puppy a NEW way of being in our home, nothing actually changes.

The same goes for us.

We can change jobs every 6 months, but if we don’t actually know what we really want, what our preferences are, what we’re good at, what we’re passionate about, what our strengths and weaknesses are, our true personality and the TRUE essence of who we really are and who we were put on this Earth to be…

…no new job or new direction will be fully aligned.

In other words…

The problem is not all the job positions or potential life paths that are available to you, but your lack of self to choose which one.

My guilty pleasure is Bravo!
Real Housewives, Southern Charm, Vanderpump, Million Dollar Listing...I watch it all.
I'm a sucker for anything nostalgic.
I still watch reruns of Dawson's Creek on the regular
I know the lyrics to almost every 90's song.
Nathan says it's my hidden talent
My happy place?
Summer days. I love the beach, being tan, cookouts and country music!
Monica Gellar is my alter ego.
Cleaning and organizing are my therapy
I always have a candle burning at home.
I have a cabinet full of them.
My favorite movie?
Father of the Bride.
If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
