Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, Educator and 90’s music fan living in sunny Los Angeles. When I’m not coaching my clients, you’ll most likely find me tackling my next home decor project or watching Bravo!

We feed our physical bodies with food.

The quality of our food determines how well our physical bodies operate.


The same goes for our brains.

What we consume, mentally, affects the way in which we FEEL emotionally.

For example, I do NOT watch the news. Because whenever I watch the news, my body has a negative reaction…sometimes for days. No joke!

👉🏼 I choose to pay attention to what I feed my brain and HONOR what’s good for it and what’s not.

This is what I want to help YOU with today…

1. Paying attention to what you are consuming on a daily basis.
2. Noticing the physical manifestation it’s creating in your body (positive or negative)
3. Choosing on purpose

When you decide that LOW VIBES are not an option for you, your life gets so much easier.
