Fighting For Your Limitations

Author picture

Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Self-Discovery Coach, Pisces and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help women lost in their careers find their true purpose.

You claim you want to create real change, BUT…

…when push comes to shove, you FREEZE.

The excuses start rolling out.

I don’t know “how.”
It’s too hard.
It’s too risky.
I’m scared.
My partner won’t support me.
I’ve just gotta do XYZ first and THEN I’ll start.

These thoughts STOP us dead in our tracks when we’re so damn close to going all in on us.

And they feel true enough to justify our paralysis.

But I really don’t know how. It really is too hard. I really am scared. My partner really won’t support me. I’ve really gotta do this other thing first.

We are so quick to sell ourselves on WHY we can’t have what we want.

We FIGHT for our limitations.

It’s like being the prosecutor at our own trial.

NO! I CAN’T HAVE WHAT I WANT!

And then we pull out ALL the evidence and receipts to prove why that’s true.

Listen, that’s always going to be an option!!

But, if we can sell ourselves on why we can’t do something, that means we can also sell ourselves on why we can.

And we don’t need a bunch of evidence to do so.

WE JUST NEED ONE REALLY GOOD REASON.

A reason to start.

A reason WHY: I get to have what I want!

A reason why — no matter what — you are worth fighting for, NOT against.
