Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a life they’re proud of.

I talk to a lot of people who hate their jobs.

And in my years of coaching, I’ve categorized these people into two groups.

Both groups are similar in the ways that they BOTH hate their day jobs and need money to pay their bills!

However, there’s one big difference that separates the two.

Group A has NO exit plan in place.

They haven’t taken the time to figure out what they really want. They’re unsure about their life’s direction. They’re paralyzed by indecision and confusion.

Group B is actively working toward their bigger career goals.

They are CLEAR about who they are, what they want and what they deserve. They’re committed to turning their passion into a profit.

Regardless of which group you fall into, I want you to ask yourself this…

Is it USEFUL to think of my day job with such hate and disdain? Is there an upside to complaining about my job?

My guess is that your time could be better spent elsewhere.

Group A– use this as FUEL to dive into self-discovery and create an exciting new vision for your future!

Group B– use this as FUEL to stay hungry and dig your heels into your side hustle!
