An affirmation is a simple sentence we {choose on purpose} and put on repeat.
Out loud. In our head. On paper.
{the first 3 statements I write in my journal every morning: I AM abundance. I AM wealth. I AM joy.}
*our thoughts create vibrations in our body.
So if you’re not utilizing this simple tool, it’s not too late to hop on the train.
By affirming who you are in the here and NOW, you…
1. send a clear signal to the universe that you get it and you really do believe that you’re worthy.
2. determine how you feel, how you show up and what results you create
