Results You Don’t Want or Like

Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Self-Discovery Coach, Pisces and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help women lost in their careers find their true purpose.

I talk a lot about creating shiny, new results.

But what about those things in your current reality that you can’t unsee and that you no longer want…

When will the torture endddddddd?

Am I supposed to just pretend I’m OK with it all?

Oh hey ??‍♀️.

I know how (unwanted) circumstances can feel like a total buzz kill in our otherwise pure intentions for positive change.

But.

Contrast is not a problem.

All the things we no longer want are not a problem.

In fact, contrast is necessary to gain the clarity we seek and it makes the experience of creating what we desire that much sweeter and satisfying.

The only problem lies…when we stay STUCK in the contrast.

?? when we swim in the pool of misery and discontent and LACK and ultimately put all our focus + attention + energy there.

That is a problem.

A very big problem.

Because it stops us from looking BEYOND our current reality to create a new one.

If your brain tends to focus on everything you don’t want (or don’t yet have) and you struggle to create new results, don’t miss today’s video.
