Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a life they’re proud of.

Yesterday marked my 4-year anniversary in LA! Wow.

It was right around this time 4 years ago that I was looking through a magazine when I came across a woman’s testimonial on the book I’m talking about in today’s video.

She claimed that it had a significant impact on her life.

(Cue to me: a scared, lost girl who was having her WTF moment while unpacking in a foreign place)

Needless to say, I got into my car, drove to Barnes and Noble and walked straight to the self-help section. (Little did I know at the time, this would be somewhat of a monumental moment for me.)

To say that something was life changing is a pretty bold statement. One that I don’t take lightly.

However, when it comes to the knowledge that I gained from this book, it was really nothing short of life changing for me.

How do I know this?

Because since purchasing my copy 4 years ago and implementing the tools into my everyday, my life has literally never been the same.

I’ve become one happy girl on the road to her dreams.

With that being said, I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t share this gem with YOU.

If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
