So far, I’ve been talking a lot of about unconditional self-acceptance– affirming your 100% worth, despite any faults and flaws.

a.k.a. FULLY ACCEPTING the negative, with the positive 💆🏼‍♀️

Life is 50/50.

The quicker you embrace it ALL, the quicker you’ll excel through life.

Anyway, that’s not to say that we can’t make it a practice to re-focus our brains on the positive aspects we appreciate the most!

p.s. you can totally grab a piece of paper and quickly list off TEN of your favorite body parts, awards and charming personality traits.

I’ve obviously done this 💁🏼‍♀️

Don’t discredit those flat abs of yours or your big pearly whites!

But today, I want to go DEEPER.

I want to know what you HONOR about yourself.

I want to know what you ADMIRE about yourself.

Today, I will pose several questions to help you dive under the surface to identify and EMBRACE your super human (spirit) powers.

Appreciation is the bridge to loving yourself more deeply.
