We all make mistakes.

We all fail.

We all do or say something that we later wish we hadn’t and that we aren’t proud of.

We all F*** up big time!!

And yes, these moments are very, very uncomfortable…

…the kind of discomfort that makes you want to hide under your bed and never come out. The kind that makes you PRAY TO GOD…please just suck my body up and take me now!!!

I’m not a fan of these moments either.

But the reality is, it’s all part of being human.

The good news?

We have two ways to handle our faults.

1. With massive self-judgement.

Beating ourselves up over and over again. Being filled with shame, guilt, doubt and fear. Using it as evidence for why we aren’t worthy or deserving. Labeling ourselves as “bad” or “not enough.”


2. With massive compassion and radical forgiveness.

Seeing such actions as nothing more than inevitable occurrences that are just part of the human experience. Affirming our divine birthright– 100% worthiness. And evaluating our behavior, not SELF.
