Her partner said to her: “just be happy with what you have.”
* k. where do I begin?*
At first glance, this THOUGHT sounds nice and even righteous.
just be happy with what you have ππΈπ€
But the subtext reads: get your head out of the clouds, be realistic and don’t be irresponsible.
Whether we’re dealing with our own logical brain or a highly practical person in our life, it makes it challenging to think beyond our current reality and reach for more.
