Let’s talk about food babyyyyyyy!
I used to be one of those people that could eat anything and everything that I wanted without any repercussions. No weight gain. No breakouts. No loss of energy.
Just me and a bag of cheese Doritos. The good ole days.
It wasn’t until my mid to late twenties that I not only spotted some frightening cellulite on my thighs, but also became educated enough to realize the importance of changing my everyday diet.
I wasn’t ready (and still not ready) to go vegan or completely void myself of cheese Doritos, but, I’ve taken creative, conscious measures to ensure that I maintain a healthier, more balanced diet for my physical well-being.
And I’m telling you, if I can do it, so can you.
