Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Life Coach, mindset expert and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help soul-searching people get their sh*t together and create a lifestyle they’re proud of.

Somebody said to me: It’s EASY for you to be happy, look at your life.

Ok.

So.

Yea.

If weโ€™re looking at other people and judging their emotional well-being on what theyโ€™ve achieved, then we are 100% doing the same in our own lives.

It means:

  1. We believe that our circumstances create our feeling states.
  2. We remain victims to our circumstances, waiting for things outside us to change in order to feel better.
  3. We have it completely BACKWARDS.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Was it EASY for me to BELIEVE “I am meant for something great” when I was working in a cubicle at a meaningless job? No.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Was it EASY for me to BELIEVE that “I can create money doing what I love” when I was in massive debt and had no career answers? No.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Is it EASY for me to BELIEVE today that “I will double my business next year” without any documental evidence? No.

But I’ve been believing.

And I keep on believing.

And I will continue to believe.

{because. well. friend, stranger who thinks “I’m just lucky and woke up like this.” Look at what it continues to create over the years ๐Ÿ˜‰}

INTANGIBLE RESULTS = TANGIBLE RESULTS

And that’s the piece that so many people are missing.

You must look beyond your current reality, reach for better-feeling thought in order to create those shiny, physical results that *everybody is always talking about.*

My guilty pleasure is Bravo!
Real Housewives, Southern Charm, Vanderpump, Million Dollar Listing...I watch it all.
I'm a sucker for anything nostalgic.
I still watch reruns of Dawson's Creek on the regular
I know the lyrics to almost every 90's song.
Nathan says it's my hidden talent
My happy place?
Summer days. I love the beach, being tan, cookouts and country music!
Monica Gellar is my alter ego.
Cleaning and organizing are my therapy
I always have a candle burning at home.
I have a cabinet full of them.
My favorite movie?
Father of the Bride.
If I weren't a life coach...
I'd probably be an interior designer or do something in TV/ film production. Any chance I get to visit sets, I'm all over it!
