Self-Acceptance

Hi, I'm Shaina

I’m a Self-Discovery Coach, Pisces and interior design enthusiast living in sunny Los Angeles. I help women lost in their careers find their true purpose.

I used to think that self-esteem and self-acceptance were synonymous.

Focus on my strengths. F*** my weaknesses. Perform well.

OK!! Sure, I can “accept” myself for WINNING ?

Easy, peazy, lemon squeezy.

But that’s not what self-acceptance is.

Self-acceptance is the COMPLETE acceptance of oneself– embracing ALL OF YOU, positive and negative, without any qualifications, conditions or exceptions.

In other words…

No matter how badly you screw up in life, you still LOVE yourself.

No matter how many flaws or faults, you’re still grounded in 100% worth.

No matter if you say the “wrong” thing, act poorly, fail miserably, you still… HAVE YOUR OWN BACK and know you’re 100% WHOLE.

My friend– my beautiful, loving, amazingly imperfectly perfect human being friend. This video is very important!!

The concept of unconditional self-acceptance is very important.

Your global affirmation of SELF is very important.

WORTHINESS is your divine birthright ?

It does not waver.

It remains solid and steady.

Your circumstances don’t define your state of worthiness and lovability, ever!!!!!!!!!!

You must understand this. You must breathe it in. You must practice it.

Get down with your spiritual self and affirm it with me today.
